Most projects ship in 7โ21 days depending on the plan you select. Storefront Spark is 2โ3 days; Bazaar Elite is 14โ21 days. Timelines start the moment we receive your brief.

Payments
Payments questions
Yes โ Stripe Connect (Express or Standard) is included on Marketplace Forge and above. We configure destination charges, separate charges, or manual transfers based on your liability model.
At the moment we accept payments through Authorize.Net in USD. The marketplace you operate can still settle vendors in multiple currencies (Bazaar Elite).
Visa and Mastercard, processed through Authorize.Net. Other networks are not enabled on this site.

You're taken to the order page where you fill in the brief โ concept, commission model, KYC requirements. From there, we open a chat thread for any follow-up.
Each order has a built-in live chat. You message us, we message you, attachments included. No email tag.
Yes โ message us through the order chat. We'll send a top-up invoice for the difference and adjust the scope.
Refunds

Yes โ a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Email support or open a chat message titled "Refund request" on your order page. We review within 3โ5 business days and refund to the original card within 5โ7 business days after approval.

No. Card details are tokenized by Authorize.Net at checkout and never stored on our servers.
